  • Launch InstantBingoCard 3.2.0.0 trial version or full version.
  • On the main window select the 'Start' tab and then click on the 'Preferences' button under the 'Product' panel.
  • Another window called 'Product Preferences' will appear and then:
    • Select 'United States' under the 'Style' panel.
    • Click on the 'OK' button.
  • Now back on the main window select the 'Start' tab and then click on the 'New' button under the 'Document' panel.
  • And you're done!

  • On the main window select the 'Call' tab and then click on the 'Batch' button under the 'Items' panel.
  • Another window called 'Batch Call Item' will appear and then:
    • Select 'Picture Only' under the 'Type' panel.
    • Click on the 'Insert' button under the 'File' panel.
    • Click on the 'OK' button.
  • Another window called 'Open' will appear and then:
    • Select all of the necessary pictures.
    • Click on the 'Open' button.
  • Now back on the 'Batch Call Item' window just click on the 'OK' button.
  • Now back on the main window select the 'Start' tab and then click on the 'Print Option' button under the 'Cards' panel.
  • Another window called 'Cards Print Option' will appear and then:
    • Select 'In 2 Rows and 2 Columns Page (Four Bingo Cards per Page)' under the 'Placement' panel.
    • Insert your preferred bingo card quantity under the 'Quantity' panel.
    • Click on the 'OK' button.
  • Now back on the main window select the 'Start' tab and then click on the 'Page Setup' button under the 'Cards' panel.
  • Another window called 'Page Setup' will appear and then:
    • Select your preferred paper size from 'Size' under the 'Paper' panel.
    • Select 'Portrait' under the 'Orientation' panel.
    • Insert your preferred margin values into 'Left', 'Top', 'Right', and 'Bottom' under the 'Margins' panel (smaller margin values will make your bingo cards larger and vice versa).
    • Click on the 'OK' button.
  • Now back on the main window select the 'Start' tab and then:
    • Click on the 'Print Preview' button under the 'Cards' panel.
    • The print preview process should begin right away.
  • Another window called 'Print Preview' will appear and then:
    • Check your work prior to the actual print process.
    • Click on the 'Close' button.
  • Now back on the main window select the 'Start' tab and then click on the 'Print' button under the 'Cards' panel.
  • Another window called 'Print' will appear and then:
    • Select your preferred printer under the 'Select Printer' group.
    • Click on the 'OK' button.
    • The print process should begin right away.
  • And you're done!

Alternatively you can also replace step 2 to step 5 with these steps:

  • Now back on the main window select the 'Call' tab and then click on the 'Insert' button under the 'Items' panel.
  • Another window called 'Insert Call Item' will appear and then:
    • Delete the default 'Call Item' word under the 'Word' panel (there is a 'Clear' button on the right-click popup menu that you can use).
    • Click on the 'Select' button under the 'Picture' panel.
  • Another window called 'Open' will appear and then:
    • Select the first necessary picture.
    • Click on the 'Open' button.
  • Now back on the 'Insert Call Item' window just click on the 'OK' button.
  • Repeat step i through step iv until all of the necessary pictures are successfully inserted and then continue with step 6.
