Chapter 4.5: Advance GUI Options.

What are InstantBingoCard 2.2.0.0 advance graphical user interface options?

In this subchapter we will guide you through all of the options available in InstantBingoCard 2.2.0.0 advance graphical user interface (GUI) and here are the options along with its explanations:

• Options under 'Home' tab:
  • Options under 'Document' panel:
    • 'New' button (New Document). This option can be use to create a new blank document.
    • 'Open' button (Open Document). This option can be use to open your previously saved document.
    • 'Save' button (Save Document). This option can be use to save your current work in a form of a document.
    • 'Save As' button (Save Document As). This option can be use to save your current work in a form of a document along with its location path and file name.
    • 'Properties' button (Document Properties). This option can be use to add additional information (such as: title, description, and author information) into the document.
    Note: Document (*.ibcd) is a computer data file containing the product of your work. Documents created using InstantBingoCard 2.2.0.0 are not compatible with older documents created using InstantBingoCard 1.2.0.0 (vice versa) due to incompatibility in the structure of the document but we can assure you that it will be compatible with InstantBingoCard future versions.
  • Options under 'Premade' panel:
    • 'Documents' button (Premade Documents). This option can be use to browse and download premade documents straight from our server.
      Note: Premade document is a pre-formatted document which we made in advance.
    • 'Templates' button (Premade Templates). This option can be use to browse and download premade templates straight from our server.
      Note: Premade template is a pre-formatted subdocument which we made in advance that can be applied to a document to change its look and feel.
  • Options under 'Others' panel:
    • 'Preferences' button (InstantBingoCard 2.2.0.0 Preferences). This option can be use to change the InstantBingoCard 2.2.0.0 Graphical User Interface (GUI).
    • 'Help' button (Online Help / User Manual). This option can be use to view InstantBingoCard 2.2.0.0 online help or user manual.
    • 'About' button (About InstantBingoCard 2.2.0.0). This option can be use to view InstantBingoCard 2.2.0.0 about box.
    • 'Support' button (Email InstantBingoCard.com Support). This option can be use to email our support team.
    • 'Website' button (Visit InstantBingoCard.com Website). This option can be use to visit our website.
  • Options under 'License' panel:
    • 'Agreement (EULA)' button (License Key Agreement / End User License Agreement). This option can be use to view InstantBingoCard license key agreement or end user license agreement.
      Note: One license is valid for one user on one computer only, for two users or two computers you need to buy two licenses, for more information about this you can read it in our 'License Agreement' page.
    • 'Purchase' button (Purchase License Key). This option can be use to view our website purchase page and purchase a valid InstantBingoCard license key.
    • 'Activation' button (License Key Activation). This option can be use to activate a valid InstantBingoCard license key.
  
  
• Options under 'Card' tab:
  • Options under 'Configuration' panel:
    • 'Cells' button (Card Cells Configuration). This option can be use to change bingo card cells.
    • 'Sections' button (Card Sections Configuration). This option can be use to configure bingo card sections (inclusion and exclusion of sections).
    • 'Grid' button (Card Grid Configuration or Card Rows X Columns Configuration). This option can be use to change bingo card grid (rows x columns).
  • Options under 'Section' panel:
    • 'Background' button (Card Section Background). This option can be use to change card section background.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Foreground' button (Card Section Foreground). This option can be use to change card section foreground.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
  
  
• Options under 'Call' tab:
  • Options under 'Items' panel:
    • Options under 'Quick Insert' button:
      • 'Word and Picture' button (Quick Insert Word and Picture Call Items). This option can be use to import multiple picture files as call items.
        Note: The picture file name will become call item word component and the picture file will become call item picture component.
      • 'Word Only' button (Quick Insert Word Only Call Items). This option can be use to import multiple text lines as call items.
      • 'Picture Only' button (Quick Insert Picture Only Call Items). This option can be use to import multiple picture files as call items.
    • 'Insert' button (Insert Call Item). This option can be use to insert a new call item.
    • 'Update' button (Update Call Items). This option can be use to update selected call items.
    • 'Delete' button (Delete Call Items). This option can be use to delete selected call items.
    • 'Behavior' button (Call Items Behavior). This option can be use to change item orientation, item display, item arrangement, and item allocation of all call items.
    • 'Word' button (Call Items Word). This option can be use to change word font name, word font style, word font size, word font color, and word alignment of all call items.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Picture' button (Call Items Picture). This option can be use to change picture layout and picture alignment (if applicable) of all call items.
  • Options under 'Spaces' panel:
    • 'Background' button (Call Spaces Background). This option can be use to change all call spaces background.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Foreground' button (Call Spaces Foreground). This option can be use to change all call spaces foreground.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Border' button (Call Spaces Border). This option can be use to change border size and border color of all call spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for call spaces border size, free spaces border size, and head spaces border size.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Spacing' button (Call Spaces Spacing). This option can be use to change distance size between call spaces and also between outer element spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for all element spaces spacing size.
    • 'Padding' button (Call Spaces Padding). This option can be use to change boundary size of call item inside call spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for all element spaces padding size.
  • Options under 'Section' panel:
    • 'Background' button (Call Section Background). This option can be use to change call section background.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Foreground' button (Call Section Foreground). This option can be use to change call section foreground.

  • Options under 'Items' panel:
    • 'Insert' button (Insert Free Item). This option can be use to insert a new free item.
    • 'Update' button (Update Free Items). This option can be use to update selected free items.

      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Picture' button (Free Items Picture). This option can be use to change picture layout and picture alignment (if applicable) of all free items.
    Note: For each free item you have to specify its location (row and column).
  • Options under 'Spaces' panel:
    • 'Background' button (Free Spaces Background). This option can be use to change all free spaces background.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Foreground' button (Free Spaces Foreground). This option can be use to change all free spaces foreground.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Border' button (Free Spaces Border). This option can be use to change border size and border color of all free spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for call spaces border size, free spaces border size, and head spaces border size.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Spacing' button (Free Spaces Spacing). This option can be use to change distance size between free spaces and also between outer element spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for all element spaces spacing size.
    • 'Padding' button (Free Spaces Padding). This option can be use to change boundary size of free item inside free spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for all element spaces padding size.
  • Options under 'Section' panel:
    • 'Background' button (Free Section Background). This option can be use to change free section background.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Foreground' button (Free Section Foreground). This option can be use to change free section foreground.

      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Picture' button (Head Items Picture). This option can be use to change picture layout and picture alignment (if applicable) of all head items.
    Note: For each head item you have to specify its location (column only).
  • Options under 'Spaces' panel:
    • 'Background' button (Head Spaces Background). This option can be use to change all head spaces background.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Foreground' button (Head Spaces Foreground). This option can be use to change all head spaces foreground.
      Note: Color contains 4 color channels and those channels are alpha (opacity) channel, red channel, green channel, and blue channel and each color channel contains value from 0 (minimum) up to 255 (maximum).
    • 'Border' button (Head Spaces Border). This option can be use to change border size and border color of all head spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for call spaces border size, free spaces border size, and head spaces border size.

    • 'Spacing' button (Head Spaces Spacing). This option can be use to change distance size between head spaces and also between outer element spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for all element spaces spacing size.
    • 'Padding' button (Head Spaces Padding). This option can be use to change boundary size of head item inside head spaces.
      Note: For optimal result please specify the same values for all element spaces padding size.
  • Options under 'Section' panel:
    • 'Background' button (Head Section Background). This option can be use to change head section background.

    • 'Print Option' button (Cards Print Option). This option can be use to change number of bingo cards to print and number of bingo cards on one sheet of paper.
    • 'Page Setup' button (Cards Page Setup). This option can be use to change paper size, page orientation, and page margins of bingo cards.
      Note: For optimal print result please specify the same values for left margin, top margin, right margin, and bottom margin.
    • 'Print Preview' button (Cards Print Preview). This option can be use to preview bingo cards before printing.
    • 'Print' button (Print Cards). This option can be use to print bingo cards.
  • Options under 'Chips' panel:
    • 'Page Setup' button (Chips Page Setup). This option can be use to change paper size, page orientation, and page margins of call chips.
    • 'Print Preview' button (Chips Print Preview). This option can be use to preview call chips before printing.
    • 'Print' button (Print Chips). This option can be use to print call chips.
    Note: Call Chip is a small piece of paper that contain unique call item and it can be use for drawing purpose (Not to be mistaken with bingo chip use to mark bingo card).
